Cataloguing, indexing, formatting and CD-based publication of text-heavy publications such as conference proceedings.

Presentations/displays
Smart, effective PowerPoint presentations are essential tools if you want to get your message across to a ‘live’ audience. We look after the design, construction and sourcing of images (and writing if you need assistance) while you concentrate on making your point.

We can also assist with design and production of display boards for trade shows etc, and coordinate hire and installation of equipment, along with the gimmicks and giveaways so essential to catch the attention of passing crowds.

Print management training
We’ve been managing print-based projects for many years. If there’s one thing we’ve learned it’s to expect the unexpected! If you’ve not managed a print project before, there are many ways for things to go wrong. Rapid changes in technology can only add to the confusion.

We can share our experience with you through print management training. This is not ‘off the shelf’ training, but is especially tailored to the needs and experience of your staff, with content made directly relevant to your organisation.

Training is available one-to-one or for small groups. Guided print-site visits are available by arrangement.

Photo library
We manage a small photo library with high-quality images available for hire at reasonable rates. The library specialises in New Zealand rural and scenic images, but we also have a great selection of overseas shots.
